Terms of Use

Coach1 · Last updated November 6, 2026

These terms apply to your use of Coach1, operated by the operator of Coach1. By using the app you agree to them.

Not medical advice

The app provides general fitness and nutrition information and AI-generated coaching. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, physical therapist or registered dietitian. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

Exercise at your own risk

Physical activity carries risk of injury. You are responsible for exercising safely, using equipment properly and choosing loads within your ability. Camera-based rep counts, form checks and body measurements are estimates and may be wrong.

AI-generated content

Programs, meal plans, restaurant suggestions and coach replies are generated by AI and can contain mistakes, including nutrition estimates and allergen information. Always check ingredients for allergens yourself.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Beta

During testing, features may change, break or be removed, and data may occasionally be reset.

Beta spots are limited. A spot is held for a few days after you sign up and goes to the next person if you don't sign in. Free access lasts 6 months from your first sign-in. We may offer 6 more free months to members who do most of their workouts, the 6-month check-in and an honest review; each extension is our decision and is never based on what your review says. Daily AI coaching use is limited during the beta.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties, and the operator of Coach1 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
